Having hearing issues
My mother having hearing issues for 10 to 12 days and hence I need ENT consultation services for her.

You have to show it to nearest doctor for that because she needs clinical examination to rule out the cause .Also ,hearing test name PTA(pure tone audiometry) also needs to be done to check the hearing loss .

You did not mention any other complaints other than hearing loss like any ear discharge ear ache etc
Need a detailed history to confirm the diagnosis there are many reasons for having hearing issues
