It's better to diagnose any problem after looking or examining it. If ur referring to acne, then it is a hormonal issue which results in reoccurence of acne. Kindly consult for better diagnosis and management.

Without looking at your image no doctor can prescribe medicine. Medical government colleges have many consultant and resident doctors so I can understand your frustration of meeting different doctor every time. If you want to visit the same hospital you can ask the doctor when his next opd day would be and then visit on the same day. If you are comfortable with online consultation you can consult any dermatologist here and get your issue settled
