Having continuous excessive cough
From yesterday night my father is going through excessive cough till now. Continuous cough had made him really exhausted, his temperature is normal with no fever or any other symptoms but only heavy cough. He has currently taken Vitamin C, Azithromycin 500mg and Becosule tablets

Add augmentin 625 twice daily for 5 days ..tab pantop 40 before breakfast for 5 days..You have not mentioned if your father is having hypertension or diabetes.if there is no hypertension and no diabetes you can also add tab dexa 2mg twice daily for 5 days followed by 2 mg once daily and then 2mg alternate days once daily and stop gradually.

Next Steps
if after taking course for 5 days it is not subsiding then need to undergo investigation
