It does enter breast milk in small amounts and may cause gastric issues like diarrhoea… as other doctors have mentioned it is not required for cough and cold. Please contact your family physician for cough and cold medications

Is it really necessary to take switch200 for cough and cold please consult your physician before starting it.
It's safe while you breastfed may cause diarrhea in newborn.
