Causes of pain may be grossly decayed teeth, deep pockets which involves pulp (nerves of tooth) , impacted wisdom tooth (pericoronitis).
In all above-mentioned conditions, antibiotics prescribed at least for 5 days.
In grossly decayed conditions, Root canal advised,
In deep pockets Root canal advised,
But in pericoronitis advised removal of teeth.
