Any food accumulation may initiate pain in the gums If there's an implant as you say , it can still affect the gums around. And for the natural tooth it may have a cavity so needs to be examined..

I recommend u get an X-ray done first. This will provide a clear understanding of the current condition, allowing the dentist to develop an effective treatment plan based on the findings. Please visit your dentist to get the X-ray taken, and they will guide you further on the next steps.

It might be due to many reasons i.e. 1) Bone loss around implant that might lead to pain during chewing 2) Infection in the last tooth causing pain 3) Food accumulation around the last tooth leading to infection. Only on clinical consult and x-ray proper diagnosis would be possible.
Next Steps
Visit your dentist asap in case as yours in which implanted tooth is also in concern.
Health Tips
Use proper brushing technique until you do visit your dentist
