The most common reason for acidity is the choice of your food. Many make the mistake of consuming an acidic diet menu without knowing it's acidic. For instance consuming large quantities of curds or yoghurt is a reason. Also some vegetables like raw carrots may lead to acidic diseases. Also the timing of your sleep. Including anti acidic foods and a healing lifestyle plan will help along with few basic food supplements.
