Hard inner lump in buttock
Mam I have taken vitamin inj 2weeks ago ..there is no pain at that time ..but now I have a hard ball like structure in buttock ..no redness and pain around that structure ..what should I do ..

It's nodule on the injection site , which may take weeks to months to regress.If you don't have any pain ,redness there's no reason to worry.

If you have no pain , no redness in that area, it is not an abscess. It will settle down spontaneously.
You need not take any treatment.
