Severe pain in left buttock
There is severe pain in my left buttock and when i touch there it feels hard and pain is also radiating to left leg. I can't sit, i can't sleep because of pain. Please help.

It could be gluteal abscess if it's local pain with fever.
If it's radiating then it can be sciatica.

It may be because of any blood clot any injury bursitis & herniated disc with sciatica.
