Hanging head off the bed
Lying down flat on the bed, I was hanging my head & neck off the edge of the bed to relieve neck pain. I lost track of time and stayed like that for 8-9 mins. When I got up I got a dizzy rush of blood. Is it dangerous to hang my head like that for so long? Can something happen? How long should I do this exercise for?

Could u consult for the neck pain first! It's not very advisable to keep your neck in abnormal positions for prolonged periods of time.. but few minutes like this is ok!.. can u instead use a neck collar maybe.. soft neck collor than this method!
