I am facing Pain in hands near elbow majorly during g night times and it's been 10 days I am facing same

Pls maintain ur posture right while sleeping. Use cushion on the side of pain so that while sleeping on side u will not put ur arm under ur head. Use hot pack in the neck area n do arm stretches
