Hand shaking
My hand is shaking all time.kindly give some advice .or remedy to solve this problem.is there any test for hand shaking.

Hand shaking may be due to some nerve weakness or due to vitamin deficiency. First show up to General physician, if metabolic issues diagnosed,then you may bring some changes in your diet along with your medication prescribed. Hi You have to mention how old is your tremors? If it is increasing in sometime and other than that other symptoms also occuring like rigidity or any kind of balance issue so you have to go to near by neurologist for checkup. And for physiotheraphy point of view You have to do some hand strengthening exercises and dip hands in hot water for 15 min twice a day. You can consult me for hand exercises

Check Thyroid levels. Other problems could be related to nerves or muscles. Muscle relaxation can be tried with yoga or with meditation. Need physical analysis.

Since how many days ur hands are shaking,along with this is there any other symptoms like balance,co ordination,and postural issues.please visit nearby neurologist for complete assessment and treatment. Did u quit any habits recently?? everything u have to mention sir so that analysis of ur symptoms will help u to find out the advice.
