Hi it can’t grow.. if it’s nt reaches d pulp only a tip is broke. U can get a filling done.. If it’s reached d pulp.. u can go for root canal done with cap.. u can send a picture of d tooth broken . I will tell u what to be done n cost ..

No it's not possible to regrow the teeth again ... U should visit a dental surgeon for clinical diagnosis ... he can rebuild your tooth with a tooth coloured restoration or can advice you with a crown for the same ....
