I have been diagnosed with lichen planus pigmentosus last year. I have not undergone any treatment for the same. The lesions are present on my thighs bilaterally, shoulder and few on my legs. No new lesion has developed from a year.
Simultaneously i have been facing lost hair loss for the past 5 years and have undergone consultation for the same. Initially started with minoxidil, but i have stopped using it and now majority of my hair is lost. Doctor has recommended hair transplant. Can I undergo hair transplant treatment without any adverse effects since I previously was diagnosed with lichen planus pigmentosus.
