I have been having this dandruff for long time that does not go away after taking treatment like noskruff lotion, ketoconazole. But nothing work. Now I'm starting to lose more hair and developing thinning hair around crown area

How long did you use the medication persisting with the medication is key here some times for 3 to 6 months long and avoid dusty places. The thinning and loss of hair might be infectious or related to baldness. Consult a dermatologist if you're not happy with the result
