Dandruff and hair fall
I have dandruff and redness in scalp from a week but I have dandruff from Long time but it had reduced.. hair fall since 4 weeks and acne has increased in forehead I have rosacea after treatment rosacea is completly in control

Firstly pimples may be because of dandruff. For Dandruff Hygiene is very much important. Don't leave oily scalp. Take head bath atleast thrice in a week. Cover ur head in sunlight & dust. Wash your face frequently with cold water. Clean pillow cover Keep separate towel for face & body.

First lifestyle changes 1.avoid spicy and oily foods 2.avoid too much sugar diet 3.drink plenty of water 4.wash ur pillow cover frequently ( once a week) 5.avoid pollution 6.avoid harsh face wash ,scrubs Treatment 1.Use mild shampoo with salicylic acid...(Sebamed or salisia KT) 2. Must dry ur hair immediately after hair wash... For acne 3. Clindamycin face cream 4. Use ice water for washing face in morning..
