Sir , why during winter season my scalp got itchy, with a huge dandruff, thin hairs and start huge hair fall sir please provide solutions 🙏 sir please don't ask for consult provide solution in answer of this question because I am spending near about 5000 rupees on my hair but no effective response has been seen

Proper diagnosis is needed in your case. It can be scalp psoriasis or seborrheic dermatitis. Both of these conditions flare up in winter season. Treatment is slightly different in these cases.
