Hair fall ,cracking sound  chest muscle
I have hair fall ,my hairs are falling out so easily , i tested my vitamin d it is 32 and b12 529 and calcium seems to be 8.5 and haemoglobin is 13.3 but I  have very high ldl of 195  and less hdl 42 with total cholesterol of 258 .will this be the cause for my tiredness and hairfall problem .please suggest me how to reduce the ldl faster naturally without taking any medicine ?? Also I have severe gas problem

If you have sever gas problem then first go for whole abdomen  USG sure that every thing is ok. Second  if all is ok then take the treatment  for digestive  system and for your cholesterol level.  And for hair fall use bharingraj oil one hr before wash.
