Hair breakage split ends and thin hair
I have very thin hair. At base my hair is slightly dense compared to ends. My hair breaks and falls every time I comb. I'm using homemade herbal oils. I used to get hair smoothening. Now stopped from an year. Had huge hair fall after baby delivery. Now baby is 3yrs old. Can I use any hair serums or treatment at affordable cost. Please help.

Healthy food gives healthy hair. Usually hair fall is seen during 2-3yrs of breast feeding due to lack of nutrition. Hemce first you have to correct the diet. Include all vegetables: leafy, pulses, grains in daily diet. You can also drink natural milk. Dry nuts 2-3in no per day. Now the oils. You can continue with your herbal oil. Kindly check that the ingredients do not change successively. No chemicals including shampoos, smoothners, straightners, even serums. Natural shampoo such are soaked grinded methi seeds, hibiscus leaf juice etc thrice weekly. Head massage for 2-3 minutes using hair oil. Comb only dry hair. Do not use drier , it will increase the split ends. Naturally grinded henna leaves can be used for colouring. So no to chemicals. Organic natural products highly costly commercially but cheap if you make at home.
