It is anaemia. Please consult a General Physician in your area for a physical examination, a few more investigations and then a plan for treatment can be charted. The treatment may spread over a period of two months. So Tele-consultation may not be of much help. It will promote self medication.

Hello ma'am Normal hemoglobin is around 12–15 g/dl. Your value 10.7 means mild anemia. solution Eat iron-rich foods: green leafy veggies (spinach, methi), jaggery, dates, pomegranate, apple, beetroot. Include pulses, beans, eggs, chicken, fish if you eat non-veg. Nuts & seeds (almond, pumpkin seeds, flaxseed). Take food with vitamin C (orange, lemon, amla) along with meals → helps iron absorb better. Avoid tea/coffee immediately after meals → they reduce iron absorption. If periods are heavy, get that checked too. Time needed: With proper diet and (if prescribed by doctor) iron supplements, Hb usually rises about 1 g/dl every 3–4 weeks. So from 10.7 → normal (12+) may take 2–3 months. Advice: get a simple blood test (CBC + serum ferritin) to confirm iron deficiency before starting iron tablets.

You have mild anemia. Firstly a detailed history is needed to know the possible cause. Please share the results of complete blood picture to know whether it is iron deficiency,  which is common in young women or b12 deficiency. Take tab fefol 200.mg one every morning and evening for 30 days. Take more of green leafy vegetables,  beetroot, pumpkin,  fruits like pomegranate,  apple, use jaggery for sweetening in place of white sugar. Usually 200mg iron, taken 3 times can raise Haemoglobin by 1 to 1.5 gram over a week or 10 days.
