Had coffee at night, now i cant sleep
Hello doctors, I am 32 weeks pregnant and normally dont take tea or coffee. Yesterday i had this craving of having cold coffee, so i had a glass of cold coffee, not very strong though. But last night i couldn't sleep a bit after having this. Nor i am feeling sleepy now. Is this because of the caffeine? Baby movements were also there the whole time( seems baby also didnt sleep) . Did i harm myself/baby for having coffee. I feel guilty now for not sleeping ane having this coffee.

The lack of sleep last night would be because of the coffee And the feeling sleepy now is because you didn't sleep last night Two helpings of coffee or day is safe it will not harm the baby stop feeling guilty
