Toothache in 7 weeks pregnant

I have been suffering from extreme toothache I'm 7 weeks pregnant currently using only crocin tablet and novamox 250 tablet I'm unable to sleep at night my dentist said it's root canal but no treatment will be given now what do I do please give solution Also can I use rexidin m forte gel in pregnancy
