It is unrelated to the gym that you have started Get ur Thyroid levels checked Deranged thyroid levels could be the reason for scanty flow

Check if your BMI is normal. Also get CBC, Thyroid profile done.

Lite in the sense daily 1-2 pads is normal for 2-3 days

It can occur normally also as your body is under stress but it will come back to normal slowly in next cycle
