I have pcod / pcos… I am not aware of which one exactly. But every month periods are regular..consulted with a doctor. For conception, the doctor prescribed me medication for the pcod Met pco and lactroz and I have mild thyroid. Tsh 5.26.. Is it necessary to take medicine when my periods are regular? Kindly do reply

PCOS and Pcod both are practically same condition . If you have your periods regular and you want to conceive , first of all you have to start doing lifestyle modification and come to a healthy BMI . Need much more detail history for better help . Please consult online

It's pcos
The only treatment of pcos is to exercise and maintain a healthy bmi
Tsh levels are raised
Should be less than 2. 5 preconceptionally
U definitely need a thyroid medication
