Can ipill cause pcod or pcos?
I've taken ipill regularly every month from January to July due to unprotected relation with my partner and I've taken it today also so my question is that can ipill cause pcod or pcos or will it cause any permanent effect in periods or future pregnancy?

No. But you can use Oral contraceptive pill instead of i-pill if you need it frequently.

I pill do not cause pcod but it causes period irregularities it must not be taken every month

I pill is not regular contraceptive pill, causes hormonal irregularities.. But pcos is different disease and will not caused by  I pill... Stop taking I pill and seek better contraceptive options
