During ovulation me and my partner had a unprotected sex and then he pulled out
After this I took a ipill after 12hrs
Been a week since this happened
No spotting, nausea, dizziness and feeling tired with normal vaginal discharge

Taking the ipill within 12 hours of unprotected sex is one of the most effective windows for emergency contraception, so your chances of pregnancy are low. Not having nausea or spotting doesn't tell you much either way this early, and the pill itself can shift your period by a few days in either direction.

Wait for your period for now. If it's more than a week late, take a home urine pregnancy test, since that's the most reliable way to check at this stage.
