I am having insulin resistant PCOS for last 3 years. I am having regular period without any medication, I don't have thyroid or high blood sugar, but I do have high cholesterol & grade 1 fatty liver. i have gained a lot of weight (80kg) & having a moonface most probably because of cortisol. i go to the gym for at least 3days/week & having a calorie deficit diet. Instead of doing all these, I am not losing weight. Can anyone help
