Can a endometriotic cyst mistaken as pcod with multiple cyst . Last year mri report was - small endometriotic cyst in right ovary. 1 week report of usg- pcod ...multiple cyst in my right ovary? I'm confused now , how's that possible? My symptoms are . 3 times bleeding after sex(not during periods) Pain during deep Intercourse Severe back pain (very severe ) Constipation Migraine Cramps and uncomfortableness in pelvic Fatigue Water retention in face (heavy eye lids and sleepy eyes) Sensation in feet Easily tired legs I have one child , who is 2 n half .(almost 3) I have been suffering this symptoms from 1 year. Started after abortion (Dnc) Please help me ...I really don't know. Visited many docters ... keep changing antibiotics, but no use ... what is this desease
