Multiple nabothian cysts
Hey Doctor. My mother is having heavy bleeding, headache, less sleep, itching in my private part from 10-15 yrs now. We have visited MANY doctors till date. She was admitted in a hospital 1 month back who gave the report that she has some cysts in her ovary and need to get operated but cz of her low platelets counts, doctors couldn't. Now we have referred one more doctor. (I AM ATTACHING THE LATEST ULTRASOUND PELVIS REPORT IN THE ATTACHMENT, PLZ CHECK). The report clearly states that she has multiple nabothian cyst measure 8-9mm in her cervix and left ovary with a follicle of 5.4mm. The current doctor told she don't need any operation and is perfect but the last hospital we went, told she needs to get operated. Doctor, plzzzzz help me and my family with the confusion that whether she needs to get operated or not? Also, should we refer to some other doctor/hospital for this case? Thank you.

The nabothian cyst are not important.they suggest infection. Nothing serious. Her itching needs to be treated. And the ovaries normal. Do pap smear Treat cervicitis And do her endometrial biopsy as she has heavy bleeding and with her age. Ok Get all this done by gynecologist
