Gyming for 1st time
I haven't gym in my whole life. I want to start it. Firstly what time I should give it ? Secondly what should be the diet followed so as to make a fit body ?

Hey, have meals at regular intervals, don't skip meals , have meat ,ghee, egg, fish,sprouts etc... ,sleep well ,avoid worries . Its good to start gym 6-7AM
