This is a sign of chronic constipation. You need to add more fibre to your diet. Include fruits like papaya, plums, pear in your diet. Have more of cooked vegetables, millets like ragi, amaranth, jowar. Sprinkle flex seeds on your salads to increase fibre intake. Includes nuts and have chia seeds water to increase fibre. Also, your weight is less according to your height and age. You should increase the portion size and frequency of meals in your diet and do some physical workouts to gain some weight. This will also help in relieving constipation.
