I had blood while brushing my teeth from lower gums and now i have swollen gums and loose gums which are dark red in color. My lips have developed a single blister on it and its jst staying there for 4 days. Not oozing any liquid or pain.

You have Gingivitis. You need to visit a dentist and get a professional full mouth cleaning done. Do warm water with salt rinses to reduce the inflammation. The gums will take some time to heel after full mouth cleaning. Visit a dentist immediately.
