I think I am suffering from gums recession because my gums are going upwards or away from the teeth. And there is also present whitish substance on my gums all the time. I brush twice a daily. Please advice what to do for this. Not all teeth but only front teeth.

You need to visit dentist for regular checkup once every 6 months by your explanations it seems your front teeth accumulated plaque and calculus called as tartar. Get it cleaned and you will be fine
