Have gums infection from last 4 days in below front side of mouth and also in treatment (RCT ) ... doctor said if infection will not clear from RCT then will go for surgery...in gums infection surgery is good?

If there is infection in the gum then you need to go for surgery . Rc treatment will perhaps only clear infection in gum of that particular tooth .not all other gums.
