Gums bleeding and weak

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Gums have been bleeding from over 10 days and I thought it was because of harsh brush. I use soft bristled brush only and it surprised me to see the bleeding spread to other parts. Now, the gums between 4-5 teeth are bleeding and tooth is getting weak.
