Hello,
Pain and swelling are normal when your wisdom tooth are errupting. However, an X-Ray of the concerned tooth with a consultancy could help in identifying if there’s an infection underneath.
Until then warm saltwater gargle should help in easing the discomfort slightly.

Hello,
I am dr. kapil saroha from kapil dental clinic and implant center.
I would advise you to get an opg donr. Opg is an xray used to diagnose position of the tooth and assosiated structures.
At this age it is common to have this kind of problem as tooth may be erupting
Ist of all we need to do xray....if your molar is coming in correct possition than treatment plan is different and if possition not correct than differnt so plz send me xrays photographs than only i can help you
Pain may be due to impacted wisdom tooth. Take antibiotics and analgesics, get the overlying flap of tooth removed or get tooth removed, depending on the space to erupt the tooth. Application of ointment will relieve pain only temporarily. You can apply ointment as per consultation.
