Since morning my gum is swelling lower lips under it . Its paining badly plz help unable to eat . I had food outside last night and after that my stomach was upset and in the morning I had this problem

This is most likely unrelated to your gastric problem and is result of localised deposits of Calculus On The Teeth leading to gum inflammation. Please visit a dentist for teeth cleaning, at least of the localised area, so that these symptoms can be relieved adequately. Regards.
