Hello sir..
Gum swelling may be due to some reasons..
**Deposits(plaque and calculus)
**infection of teeth which spreads apically and cause infection nd swelling of gum..
complete clinical and radiological examination is necessary to rule out the cause..
if the swelling is due to deposits then you need to go for scaling(cleaning and polishing) of teeth....
if there is any infection of teeth then root canal treatment of teeth should be done
Next Steps
kindly visit dentist for furthur clinical examination and management
