Gum swelling numbness and bleeding

I have this problem of swollen gum bleeding gum and since today feeling numbness in gum.earlier i went through deep cleaning which was almost a year ago but this problem has started again

Hello you need to get cleaning ( scaling ) done atleast once a year from the way you are describing you might need to go every 6months for cleaning , presence of plaque or tartar make the gums inflamed because of which bleeding happens .
