Maybe due to poor oral hygiene!! Go for scaling and polishing. Brush your teeth twice daily. Rinses after every meals. Apply stolin gum paint 3-4 times daily .

Hi, it could be due to poor oral hygiene. Do warm salt water gargles 2/3 times a day. Take vitamin c limcee 500mg once a day for a month. Eat vitamin c rich food like tomatoes, potatoes, kiwi, orange, amla etc. brush twice daily with a fluoridated toothpaste.
