Hi, it could be due to poor oral hygiene. Do warm salt water gargles 2/3 times a day. Take vitamin c limcee 500mg once a day for a month. Eat vitamin c rich food like tomatoes, potatoes, kiwi, orange, amla etc. brush twice daily with a fluoridated toothpaste.

You have not mentioned if it’s on a particular tooth . As of now you can start doing warm salt water rinse 3-4 times a day .
