I'm 56 year old lady Upper Gum on left side is paining from yesterday I have BP and Sugar problems

Obviously you need to visit a dentist . Don't worry about BP etc . Find out and understand the dental problem that you have . During the course the course of the consultation dentist will take into account your medical problem .
