It's an endodontic  flare up . U need to visit ur dentist get an x ray done . Upload d xray so that I can guide u further . U may also require to take antibiotics . U can consult  me online or videoconsult  so that I can guide u further . But x ray is must .

Hi...the root canal treated tooth would have got infected again.So Re-RCT has to be done to remove pus dscharge nd further infection.If left untreated,it will lead to do extraction of that tooth.

Need to go for Re-RCT, get your X-ray done first, then accordingly you can go for either Re-RCT or extraction.

It seems it is failure of RCT, consult your dentist & request to get x-ray of that tooth done. If possible Re RCT / extraction of that tooth required.
