You should consult an M.D.S. periodontist (gum specialist). There are multiple reasons for swollen gums. Medicines alone wont help.

You have to get scaling (teeth cleaning) done. Antibiotics and Stolin Gum Paint will only give temporary relief. Until the source of infection is removed, the bleeding will not stop. The source of infection in this case is physical deposits (plaque, tar tar, food debris etc.). These can be eliminated by professional cleaning in a dentist's office.

Antibiotics and Gum paint usually gives temporary relief. Proper treatment require assessment of your gums, removal of deposits by scaling and a change in brushing technique. Kindly visit MDS Periodontist in near by area.
