Gum buildup inside tooth cavity
There is small gum like tissue buildup inside the cavity in one of the premolar teeth??can anyone suggest some treatment or should i go for laser removal of excess gum tissue???

It is a slow chronic irritation of pulp by cavity ... It is also known as pulp polyp and will require root canal treatment

It's a pulp polyp.u need root canal treatment followed by crown for that tooth

Hello sir....    Your history seems you have pulp polyp... Pulp polyp is nothing but a inflaamatory  hyperplastic growth of pulp tissue associated with non vital teeth...It is an irrversibe condition... Take X_RAY(IOPA) of the involved pemolar teeth...
Next Steps
You need to done ROOT CANAL TREATMENT of the involved teeth...It is the only option

its a pulp polyp. its just an inflammatory hyperplastic growth of your pulp tissue. you need to get root canal treatment done for that tooth and afterwards crown placement.
