First line of treatment will be a consultation by a periodontist. Clinical checkup is must along with OPG Without which surgery required or not difficult to say. It is essential to know the pocket depth before concluding anything. Hope this information is useful to you.
Hello Sanjeev,
First u did not mentioned if u r suffering from any medical issues. Second how many siitings u had previously while cleaning or specifically scaling as i can see chunks of calculus on ur teeth. Third ur hygiene routine u did not mentioned like times of brushing, which brush, any interdental aids n which mouthwash u r using. Fourth is ur bleeding from gums general or local. Fifth ur xray is showing bone loss in few areas that needs specialised treatment.
Next Steps
I will suggest u ....for proper consultation n complete gum or periodontal treatment.
