There are no such quick home remedies. But you can gargle with betadiene mouth wash if you have that at home else continue with salt and warm water.
Use soft bristles tooth brush to brush your teeth. Maintain good oral hygiene.
Next Steps
visit a dentist nearby whenever possible and get your teeth cleaning done.

Bleeding gums is a sign of Gingivitis. It is a very common problem and is nothing to be worried out in the short term. Maintain good oral hygiene and be gentle when brushing. You can visit a dentist for a thorough cleaning (scaling & polishing)when the situation in your area improves.
Next Steps
Visit a Dentist once the situation in your area improves
There is no home remedies for your problem as such , just try maintaining oral hygiene and visit your dentist for cleaning of your teeth along with follow maintenance therapy till your problem subside

When the clinics open again, you need to visit a good dentist for thorough evaluation.
