Hi.. I m a periodontist i often see gum bleeding complaint from patients it can be due to tartar deposits, injury to the gums while brushing/ eating, hormonal disturbances like thyroid, pcod, menstruation, and vitamin c deficiency. Gum bleeding can be treated by treating the main root cause.
Next Steps
Need to see clinical and x-ray to diagnose what exactly the problem is. If possible keep a pic of the concerned area and full mouth X-ray. Or you can visit a periodontist nearby.
Health Tips
If the problem is due to tartar then you have to for cleaning and gum treatment. If it is due to low levels of vitamin C then you have to start taking Vit c tablet, if it is related to hormonal disturbance you need to get it under control.
