I gather that you are experiencing some difficult emotions and thoughts. I can imagine how exhausting and overbearing it may feel. I see that you require things to be a certain way, otherwise it makes you uncomfortable. You've shared that you also feel doubtful of people around you. I want to let you know that the emotions of anger and irritation may just be what is visible on the surface, while there may be many underlying aspects to this. To cope up with the situation, it can be helpful for you to connect with a therapist who can guide you in managing these challenging emotions and behaviours. I hope this provides you with clarity.

Have a check from when you have these changes. Did anything happen inbetween or did anything change in your routine? If you able to find answers for the cause. Yes you can track them. If not you need to consult with the Psychologist to explore your behaviours. And bring them on track. Seems to be OCD with Anxiety but still without proper diagnosis nothing could be confronted.

Hi... You are repressing something so tirelessly that your senses are feeling exhausted. To prevent your system from shutting down your mind is generating these complex symptoms to divert your attention and in bargain get some relief. This is also a form of defence mechanism (maladaptive though) of your mind to deal with the stress your core issues are causing on it. You don't need to work upon on your symptoms rather you need to work upon identifying your core issues that you are repressing so aggressively to help you overcome them. Psychotherapy/Counselling is something meant to help people deal with such problems in a professional and scientific manner. But it does take time. In your case it may take minimum 6 months to 1 year of weekly counselling sessions. Complete recovery may take more time but you will be able to see effective change within 3—4 months of weekly counselling sessions. Try to find a therapist /psychologist you can trust and continue your treatment. There is always light in the end of the tunnel.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist.
CBT along with Lifestyle Changes and Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling using Existentialist Approach is required.
Without assigning any label to your state of mind, I would suggest you to seek professional help in dealing with it. In this, you may consult a psychologist and get a general idea on how you can overcome the issues and proceed with it. Before that, please ascertain that your physical health does not have anything that is triggering or contributing towards your mind-related problems. You may do this through your family physician.
Many of what you have described as your mental condition is likely to have something to do with the family environment that you grew up in and also that you are living in. Understanding that and how to handle them from a psychologist may help you. With that my suggestion remains to be to seek help from a psychologist, without getting into any hesitation that is common among our people, on seeking mental health care.
