Hello Doctor. I have been having on and off fresh blood while passing stool since August 2025. Sometimes everything is fine for a few weeks, but then the first part of the stool becomes a little hard or firm and I notice fresh blood and some irritation. I take care of my diet and hydration, but the problem keeps coming back. Could this be an anal fissure? What would you suggest?

Haemorrhoid Stool must be soft. Use isabgol husk two tsf regularly,  non habit, herbal no side effects. Some says cremadite is useful.
