I have constipation, after poop I have little burning sensation and today after poop, I notice little blood discharge after poop, not along with poop, does it need any immediate attention and should I consult a doctor immediately or monitor for 2 to 3 days?

Hi, your condition is mostly due to injury to mucosal layer in your anal area, as you are giving history of constipation for long. That condition is much painful and can hurt unbearably.
Next Steps
Try taking more fibre in your diet
